Pink is more than just a colour! 🎀

October marks Pink October around the world, a month dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer and showing solidarity and support for those affected.

We want to show our support, too!

Our TENTE team in France has developed something special for the occasion: a PU wheel with a pink tread. It's our way of supporting Pink October and helping to raise awareness of breast cancer.

And there's more: Pink treads are available on request for all our existing PU wheel variants. A wide range of other colours is also possible! 🌈

A small detail that makes a big statement – raising awareness, showing solidarity and highlighting the possibilities of customised mobility.

Growing together. Stronger as a team. 💪

Team spirit, trust and resilience: These qualities are not only important in everyday working life but were also at the heart of this year's team-building days for our TENTE apprentices.

Our young talents from Germany spent several days in Achterveld in the Netherlands, getting to know each other across different apprenticeship years and disciplines, sharing new experiences and growing together as a team.

Through resilience workshops and team-building activities, they gained valuable insights into the importance of communication, mutual support and trust in overcoming challenges together.

The TENTE Linea Safety system is designed to help prevent unintended movement by keeping the castors locked by default.

The castors only move while the control is actively operated. Once released, the system comes to an automatic and immediate stop, giving the user greater control and added safety during everyday use.

When an off-the-shelf solution is not enough. 🚒

Fire service roll containers must perform under demanding conditions, with requirements varying according to the equipment carried, the load and the operating environment. An off-the-shelf solution is therefore not always sufficient.

Working closely with Braun Feuerwehrtechnik, TENTE developed a castor configuration tailored precisely to the requirements of heavily loaded fire service roll containers.

The solution uses Alpha castors, each with a dynamic load capacity of 400 kg. A robust mechanical linkage allows all castors to be locked or released simultaneously. Additional swivel bearing protection limits sideways movement of the castors and helps keep the container stable.

The result demonstrates how technical expertise and close collaboration can create a mobility solution for particularly demanding operating conditions.
