One of the most overlooked parts of a bathroom renovation? Extraction. A powerful, well-placed exhaust fan isn't just about fogged-up mirrors — it's what stops moisture building up in your walls and ceiling, which over time leads to mould, peeling paint, and rotting timber.

A few things we always check with clients:
✅ Fan capacity matched to room size (not just "whatever came with the last one")
✅ Ducting that vents outside — not just into the roof cavity
✅ Fan placement directly over the shower/bath, not tucked in a corner
