More Than Potential: Blake Fido ☀️🏀

The Bendigo Bank Eastern Suns are excited to announce the signing of Blake Fido for the 2026 NBL1 season.

After a strong Championship League campaign last year, Blake has earned his opportunity to step into the NBL1 program. While still a young and up-and-coming player, he already brings valuable experience at the NBL1 level, having previously competed with the Willetton Tigers.

Blake boasts an impressive résumé for a 20-year-old, having represented WA from U14 through to U20s, captaining the program at both U18 and U20 level. He was part of the gold medal-winning WA team in 2023 and was also recognised in the High-Performance Team of the Year.

We’re excited to see what he brings in Suns colours in 2026.

Drillmech has officially expanded into Kalgoorlie, establishing a permanent base at 12 Clements Way, Boulder. ​

This new facility will deliver: ​
