One of a kind, and now right where it belongs 🏡

This custom tiny home was designed around its owners, from the layout to the finishes and their choices shine through before you even step inside:
-Warm brown cladding that feels at home amongst the trees
-Large glass sliding doors that frame the leafy outlook
-Air conditioning for added comfort

Earlier this month, it made the journey from our workshop to its new setting. Now, it sits amongst the gums, ready for its next chapter.

Inside, there’s room to make it yours too. From layouts, colours and finishes to fibreglass or solid-surface shower bases and different toilet options, we can talk you through what suits your build.

Don't buy a tiny home until you ask yourself this...

While your first thoughts might be about the layout, the finishes or how it'll look on your block, as your builder, we'll make sure every one of your questions gets answered before you pay a deposit. Here are a few questions you should be asking:

1. What is the trailer rated to carry?
2. What's inside the walls, roof and windows?
3. What warranty do I get, and is it in writing?
4. Can I visit during the build? If yes, at which stages?

Plus, two questions that could shape your whole plan:

5. What does delivery include, and what do I need ready on site?
6. What will my council need from me? Any rules specific to my area I should know about?

Take Audrey. She's built with:
• 75 mm Bondor wall panels
• 50 mm Bondor roof panels
• Double-glazed windows throughout

She holds the temperature so well there's no air con inside. Just a ceiling fan.

One question keeps coming up at our expos, including , and in the messages we receive is:

“Do you have a two-bedroom tiny home?”

And we've been listening.

We're now exploring the possibility of an 11m × 3.2m two-bedroom CozyCo, taking inspiration from the questions, ideas, and feedback you've shared with us. It's still early days, and we're looking at what a larger CozyCo could offer before making any final decisions.
