This E L Weinert & Co Fuel Distribution Triple Compartment 10,000L Rigid Tanker is ready to tackle demanding onsite refuelling operations.

For this project, we transferred the existing tank barrel onto a brand-new chassis, supported by a custom-engineered subframe designed and built in-house. The barrel then received a complete repaint in our onsite paint facility.

The Benchmark for safe transfer of petrochemicals!

Liquip has been at the forefront of developing products to make the loading, transfer and unloading of hazardous bulk liquids safer, smarter, simpler and more efficient for decades.

We take careful consideration when designing every tanker loading system, because safe fuel transfer starts long before product begins to flow. It relies on a coordinated sequence of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems working together in the correct order to ensure loading can proceed safely and efficiently.

Before loading is permitted, the tanker and terminal must first confirm:

• The vehicle is properly grounded to dissipate static electricity
• Overfill probes are communicating correctly and in a permissive state
• API couplers are securely connected to each compartment
• Vapour recovery systems are engaged for closed-loop transfer
• Brake interlocks or air systems are holding the vehicle stationary
• Terminal rack monitors detect no faults in the loading circuit

Only when every one of these systems validates safe loading conditions does the monitor allow product transfer to begin. If just one component fails, the entire tanker will be rejected before a single litre is loaded.

Our systems are designed by expert engineers to ensure your tankers don't experience a terminal rejection. Each tanker built and serviced is tested at our in house Overfill Testing Station to ensure compliance before leaving our facility.

Newly installed Diesel/AdBlue tank package!

We recently completed, supplied, and installed a T55/7 Self Bunded, Dual Compartment Diesel/AdBlue tank.

This tank is fitted with 2 x Diesel and 1 x AdBlue Hose and Nozzle packages combined with, Sub Pump, Automatic Tank Gauging and a Fuel Management System.

This package was completed and tested at our facility in Derrimut before our team installed and commissioned the tank on site, ready for operation.

Is dirty fuel costing you thousands?

When using a self bunded tank for bulk fuel storage, effective fuel filtration plays a key role in preventing contamination from particulates, water ingress, and microbial growth. We've just finished the installation of 4x Dual Compartment Bulk Lubricant T80 Self Bunded Tanks for Statewide Oil's, St Marys Depot. This bulk oil storage farm can now supply Statewide Oil’s Sydney and NSW customers with a choice of up to 8 different product types. Additionally, a T30 supplementary 'Swing' tank was installed for product flexibility, inventory capacity, and easy IBC tank filling.

This project saw extensive planning and co-ordination with Statewide Oil, as well as in depth design from our engineering department. Our team completed each tank at our Melbourne facility, with installation and commissioning carried out on-site by the Liquip Victoria team.
