It’s training we hope we never need to use — but it’s part of our commitment to having every angle covered.

Safety has always been our shared philosophy, and this is another way we’re putting that belief into action.

A weekend expedition is basically my version of plugging myself into a power socket. And when you’re surrounded by people who’ve stopped being coworkers and started being family, it hits different. There’s so much happening in the background of a business that no one ever sees, and sometimes you just can’t find the off switch. It’s not play to work, it’s work to play. Last Sunday nailed it. Awesome day.
