Our Oran park main bathroom and ensuite renovation is complete. What a roller coaster 🎢 of a ride. This fairly new home had 2 upstairs bathrooms that were leaking. They were very closed in with floor to ceiling walls dividing areas, which made them feel enclosed and small. The design was paramount to the final delivery of these amazingly beautiful bathrooms. The clients choices of tiles and PC items with the advice of our team, finally came together so beautifully in the end. Emotions ran high and solutions were an abundance… though the end goal never changed… do the very best we can to produce the bathrooms we promised at the very start of the process. These pics are from my iPhone… not edited… and the team did so amazing… none of this happens from one person… it takes many trades to produce such beauty.. thank you 🙏 team C & S

Our carpenter Marcus Crossling is finishing off the cladding work at our harrington park main bathroom and laundry renovation.

When the clients want a smaller window in their bathroom… no problem. Unfortunately they don’t have enough bricks to fill the space, so we will be cladding it with Hardie plank and painting it in a matching colour tone. We build it right, metal flashing over the sill and flashing to cover and prevent water entering the cavity space.

Another main bathroom renovation completed in Ruse. We have been very blessed to return to do the 3rd and final bathroom in this wonderful home. 6 years ago we came in to renovate the upstairs bathroom… 2 years after that the ensuite and today finishing the final piece to the puzzle with the much needed renovation in the main bathroom. Unfortunately this one had been renovated before and once we opened her up, boi oh boi did we find some major structural issues that we had to address immediately from the previous renovation company. The client chose some amazing features to suit her style… all that’s missing is the accessories… which I installed after the pics were taken because I simply could not wait to get the pics taken. Wonderful clients deserve the very best we can give… and the entire team certainly gave there all. Thank you 🙏 team

Our harrington park project is coming along nicely. We have framed the internal for the new window… just waiting for it to be made as we remove the existing and finish off the sheeting and external works to make for a much smaller and less see through window. The floors were quite rough, so we prepped and floor levelled for a better first coat of waterproofing membrane soon. 💪
