Despite the recent downpours we've still managed to make some good progress at our New Lambton project. We have commenced lock up stage on the rear units with brickwork and roofs completed and cladding well underway! 🏗️

Custom split level home completed in Teralba. QUAD Construction also undertook the structural landscaping works which needed to be completed concurrently with the dwelling to provide the best end result for our clients. Often landscaping design and external finished levels are overlooked or treated as an afterthought when not considered during the design phase, this is especially important when building on a sloping block. At QUAD Construction, we will always consider the characteristics of your land and provide advice and recommendations on how to best integrate the indoor and outdoor areas of your home using appropriate design and retaining walls.

Recently completed custom home in Lambton. Constructed on a sloping lot, a split level slab design was utilised to eliminate the need for retaining walls and perfectly adapt the house to the natural contours of the land. Featuring 3.3m high ceilings and some very nice finishes, we love how this one turned out! 🤩
