This week, staff from RAT participated in the 5-day "Lead The Rescuer" rope rescue course provided by Ronin Rescue from Canada. The training was held at ISH24 in Bendigo.

14 technicians from various emergency services, mines and industrial sites took part and were guided by 3 Ronin Rescue instructors for the week.

Advanced rope rescue scenarios were conducted over the 5 days including night operations.

Professional development is vital to all our trainers to keep our skills sharp and to learn leading-edge techniques, whether it be rope access or rope rescue disciplines.
