CASUAL / FULL-TIME HOURS – PRECAST CONCRETE LABOURERS & WELDERS

Heritage Precast is a growing family-owned business based in Toowoomba & Southbrook, specialising in quality precast concrete products. We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Precast Concrete Labourers and Experienced Welders to join our team for casual positions with 38 hours per week available.

About the Roles

Duties may include:

Assembling and stripping concrete moulds
Placing reinforcing steel
Welding reinforcement cages for precast concrete products
Pouring and finishing concrete
General factory and yard duties
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a team environment
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Welding experience highly regarded
Forklift ticket an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s licence preferred
What We Offer
Casual positions with consistent 38-hour weeks

Above award wages for experienced welders
