McMahons Civil & Contracting is expanding and seeking experienced, reliable people to join our growing Perth team. We deliver high-quality civil, landscaping and external works across residential, commercial, government, mining and infrastructure projects.
Positions Available
Earthworks Supervisor
Proven earthworks experience is required. Applicants must be able to read and interpret drawings, plan works, lead crews, coordinate machinery and deliver projects to a high standard.
Grano / Concrete Finishers
Applicants must have a strong background in concrete finishing, including screeding, edging, trowelling, exposed aggregate and general concrete works.
Limestone Retaining Wall Supervisors and Layers
Experience in limestone retaining wall construction is essential. Supervisors must be able to read and understand plans, set out works accurately and manage crews on site.
Rock Pitching Labourers
Hard-working and reliable labourers are required for rock pitching projects across Perth and regional WA. Applicants must be prepared for physical work and long hours. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Brick Paving Supervisors
Experienced supervisors are required to lead paving crews, interpret plans, manage set-out and ensure all work meets McMahons Civil’s quality standards.
Landscape Supervisors
Applicants must have proven landscaping experience, strong crew-leadership skills and a sound knowledge of plants, planting methods, irrigation and landscape construction.
