FireFly Metals is pleased to announce that it has completed the equity raising announced on 25 and 26 August 2026, generating gross proceeds of ~A$180 million, comprising the following:

✅A$150 million (~C$149.0 million) institutional placement at a price of A$1.78 per share (ASX
Placement), which completed on 2 September 2026;
✅A$30 million (~C$29.6 million) bought deal offering at a price of C$1.76 per share (TSX
Bought Deal), which completed on 3 September 2026.

In addition to the Equity Raising, FireFly intends to offer to eligible shareholders who were registered as a holder of Ordinary Shares as at 5:00pm (AWST) on 24 August 2026 the opportunity to participate in a non-underwritten share purchase plan and subscribe for a maximum of A$30,000 worth of new fully paid Ordinary Shares in the capital of FireFly at an issue price per SPP Share of A$1.78, being the same price per Ordinary Share as the ASX Placement. The SPP is targeted to raise up to a further A$10 million (before costs).

The Green Bay Ming Mine is emerging as a globally significant copper project.

The project’s strength and scale is reflected in its long-term production profile. The 1.8Mtpa base case demonstrates production strength, delivering 1,127kt CuEq, over ~32 years.

Under the 4.6Mtpa upscale scenario, the project is expected to produce ~90kt CuEq per annum over an 11-year period at steady state, including peak production of ~106kt CuEq. Shown against 2025 copper production benchmarks, this would rank the Green Bay Ming Mine among the Top 5 copper producers and developers in Australia and Canada.

Combined with a high-grade resource, substantial growth potential and a long-life production profile, the Green Bay Ming Mine continues to reinforce its position as one of the world's leading underdeveloped copper-gold projects.

FireFly Metals is pleased to announce a highly successful equity raising which will bolster the Company’s balance sheet as it progresses towards project development while maintaining an aggressive exploration program.

FireFly has received firm commitments for a A$180 million equity raising following release of the Preliminary Economic Assessment, highlighting a technically and economically robust project. FireFly intends to use the funds to continue de-risking, advancing and growing its Green Bay Copper-Gold Project.

This includes early project works, procurement of long-lead capital items, advancing a Feasibility Study for the 1.8Mtpa base case scenario and a Pre-Feasibility Study on the larger 4.6Mtpa alternative scenario, and further Resource growth ahead of a Final Investment Decision by mid-2027.

⛏️ A$2.2 Billion After-Tax NPV7% and 42% IRR, A$3.0 Billion After-Tax NPV7% and 40% IRR, respectively
⛏️ Peak average annual production of ~50Kt over 14 years and ~100Kt over 6 years, respectively

📢 Additionally, updated Mineral Resource Estimate delivers:

⛏️ 1.4Mt contained CuEq in M&I, 0.5Mt contained CuEq in Inferred

This commitment extends beyond the Environmental Department. Through training and awareness initiatives, sustainable development is a responsibility shared across our organization.
