Picton Civil is seeking an experienced and motivated Demolition & Asbestos Removal Supervisor to lead crews across commercial, industrial and civil projects throughout Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong experience in demolition operations, asbestos removal, safety compliance and team leadership.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervising demolition and asbestos removal crews on site
• Coordinating daily site operations and project activities
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with regulations
• Managing asbestos removal procedures, containment and clearance requirements
• Conducting pre-start meetings, site inspections and safety audits
• Coordinating plant, labour and subcontractors
• Monitoring project schedules, productivity and quality outcomes
• Liaising with project managers, clients and regulatory authorities
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and asbestos management requirements
• Completing site documentation, SWMS, permits and reporting requirements

Skills & Experience
• Proven experience supervising demolition and asbestos removal projects
• Current Class A or Class B Asbestos Removal Licence highly regarded
• Strong understanding of asbestos and demolition regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple site activities
• White Card essential
• Current driver’s licence essential
• Relevant high-risk tickets and machinery experience highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate mobile plant and equipment
Assist with labouring and ground support duties when required

Yard Person – Picton Depot

Picton Civil are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Person to join our team at our Picton Depot. Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet and equipment.

🔵 Key Responsibilities
- Carry out fleet inbound and outbound checks

- Clean machinery and equipment

- Maintain the wash pad area

- Assist with selecting and testing machine attachments

- Ensure safety and efficiency while completing all tasks

🔵 Requirements
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Good physical stamina and ability to work in a yard environment
