Qualified Carpenter / Experienced Tradesman Wanted
The role:
We’re not chasing someone full-time straight away. Ideally, we’re looking for someone flexible who wants consistent ongoing work a few days a week, with the potential to grow into more if it suits both of us.
ABN preferred, but open to casual employment for the right person.
We already have an apprentice on board — we need someone experienced who can step in, take initiative, and work unsupervised when required.
Pay:
Pay will be discussed on-site after seeing your experience and how you work. We’re happy to pay well for the right person who shows up, works hard, and delivers quality.
You must:
• Be a qualified carpenter or highly experienced tradesman
• Be reliable and show up when you say you will
• Have your own tools and transport
• Take pride in your work and attention to detail
• Be easy to get along with (good attitude matters)
Important:
We’re based across the Noosa / Gympie / Sunshine Coast region
We specialise in:
• Secondary dwellings (granny flats)
• Renovations & extensions
• Decks & outdoor areas
We’re not a volume builder — our work is varied, detailed, and quality-focused. If you take pride in your work, you’ll fit in well here.
We value experience and honesty. If you’re not confident in your skills, this probably isn’t the role for you.
