Why not add a studio to your design?
A studio addition can be a great way to add a little extra value (and rental income!) to your investment property.
Each side of our Cross Street project included a self-contained studio over each of the main garages - turning the project into FOUR dwellings as opposed to just two!
Integrating something like a private access studio can mean more space for visitors or consistent rental income (especially if there is a demand for rental spaces for student or singles, etc).
If you’re looking to build an investment property and want to boost income opportunity a little further, consider whether integrating a studio is a feasible option.
