Consistency is key, and Thanga has been delivering it day in, day out. He’s been with us for quite some time now, and honestly, we can’t remember the last time he took a day off! 😂

He’s always thinking ahead, planning the next job to go into his machine and making sure the work keeps moving. Reliable, safety-focused and always willing to jump in and help the team — Thanga is someone we know we can count on.

We are proud to share that Metalform was awarded the ‘Rising Star’ award at the Komatsu Supplier Summit! 🌟

To be recognised on a national level amongst so many suppliers across Australia is an incredible achievement and something we are extremely proud of as a team.

The Rising Star Award recognises a supplier that demonstrates growth, innovation, competitive costing and a proactive approach to understanding Komatsu’s products, while showing a strong commitment to building a long-term partnership.

Last week, Brad and Luke attended the Summit, with Luke speaking on a panel in front of the Komatsu team and fellow suppliers to share Metalform’s approach as a business.

This award is a reflection of the hard work, dedication and commitment our team brings to every project, and the high quality standard we strive to deliver across all areas of the business.
