We are currently seeking a reliable, 3rd/4th year Air Conditioning and Refrigeration apprentice or Tradesman to join our team on a full-time basis & immediate start.
Extra Mile Air & Solar is a locally owned and operated business with over 50 years of collective experience in air conditioning and solar installation. We have 25 years of expertise in delivering quality service to clients across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Cessnock & Central Coast areas. We work on existing and new builds, from granny flats to large houses. Extra Mile has worked on it all, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair AC systems efficiently and effectively.

- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations and repairs.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice or tradesman.
- Electrical tradesman with an interest in learning air conditioning
- Strong technical skills in AC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Hardworking and committed to going above and beyond to meet client needs.
- Valid driver's licence.
