Our Sydney Major Works team has successfully wrapped up construction on a major industrial development in Mittagong, nestled in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW.

Expanding on an established business park, this milestone project delivers 30 brand-new industrial units and over 100 dedicated car spaces. Built with modern enterprise in mind, the majority of the units feature a multi-storey design complete with integrated mezzanine levels to cleverly maximise space and functionality.

We’re incredibly proud to hand over these high-quality industrial workspaces, which are now ready to support and drive local business growth across the region.

Late last week we were able to take the current Reitsma Cadets to get a firsthand look at the window and door fabrication process and see the equipment used to transform raw materials into high-quality finished products.

Understanding the process is always helpful to ensure smooth delivery and quality outcomes of any project. It was great to see the manufacturing process from start to finish and understand a bit more about the challenges involved.

Great to see the completion of the multi-franchise development project - Alto Castle Hill.

This project followed on from the completion of the first 3 brands on the site. This final stage involved converting an existing retail store into new car showroom, including the new fitout and external facade works.

The project team has made great progress at our Sadleir Preschool project with the structural steel, light steel framing and roof nearly completed at the extension portion of the project. The existing building has been stripped down to its structural frame, allowing modifications to occur, blending the new and existing together which, forming the new preschool.

Our team is working along-side Sustainable Development Group (SDG) to deliver this project for the Sydney Anglicans Property.

Our Sydney RFM team has just handed over their latest project: the conversion of a Rouse Hill industrial space into a vibrant new church.

The team successfully transformed two brand-new industrial units into a dedicated place of worship. The upgraded facility now features a café, lounge, kitchen, kids' play and learning areas, as well as a first-floor administration space. The main auditorium is fully fitted out with high-quality audio-visual (AV) and lighting equipment, plus ample storage for the congregation's needs.

Our Sydney RFM team was awarded the fitout project at Kennards Self Storage facility in Rouse Hill and works have commenced on site! The team has installed the new material hoist with the fitout works to commence in the next few weeks.

We are pleased to announce that our Sydney Refurbishment, Fitout & Maintenance (RFM) team has been awarded the amenities upgrade at Richard Johnson Anglican College Oakhurst Campus.

The project involves the demolition of the existing undercroft toilet block and school lockers to make way for new, dedicated male and female bathrooms, an accessible toilet, and additional storage space. Works will commence in the coming weeks.

Our RFM team is proud to partner with Alleanza Architecture to deliver this fantastic project for the school and the Anglican Schools Corporation.

Our delivery team has reached a major milestone at the Windsor Multi-Franchise Development!

With all the major concrete pours now complete across all three stages, we can all finally get a true sense of the new dealership's footprint. Next up the project continues vertically, the structural steel has arrived and the tilt up panels have since been formed and poured and will be soon lifted into place.

We are incredibly proud to be delivering another outstanding project for the NGP Group and Avramidis Architects.
