32 Degrees Building Pty Ltd specialise in first floor additions (also known as second storey additions), ground floor extensions and custom new homes. Based in Smeaton Grange (NSW) we currently service the South West Sydney, Macarthur, Western Sydney, Southern Highlands and Illawarra regions. Since its inception, 32 Degrees Building has helped hundreds of satisfied clients to achieve their dreams.

Through his extensive work with these happy clients, director Alistair Robertson recognised that altering an existing home required a more specialised approach than building from scratch. Our clients needed a high quality, personalised and professional design and construction service specific to this need - a philosophy adopted and expanded by Alistair and the team.

Great progress at our second-storey addition in Maroubra.
The cladding is now finished using Weathertex Pty Ltd Selflok EcoSmooth 300, finished in Dulux Australia Black Caviar for a bold, modern look.
The roof has been sheeted in COLORBOND steel Night Sky, tying everything together with a clean, contemporary finish.
Looking forward to pushing on to the next stage of this build.
