Recently we were fortunate enough to attend an open site hosted by Outlier Studios, and I've been trying to pin point exactly why it felt so special 🤔

So what did we see?
✨ A cleverly designed Hybrid:Home
✨ Decoupled fully insulated concrete slab
✨ Airtight construction detailing
✨ Thermal bridge reduced framing techniques
✨ Ventilation/condensation management details
✨ High Performance uPVC Windows & Doors
✨ and a Live Blower Door Test Demonstration

All that is absolutely brilliant, especially experiencing the blower door test in the flesh (achieving a very impressing 0.8 🙌)
But that wasn't it...
So what was it that made it extraordinary?

Collaboration from first concept, all the way through to construction and delivery.
Working together to deliver the best possible outcome.

But then, top it all off by opening it up for all to see mid construction is the icing on the cake.
The knowledge sharing we are experiencing in this space is absolutely astounding.
Everyone just wants the same thing.
