Reflecting on NAIDOC Week 2026 and this year’s theme, 50 Years of Deadly, we’re proud to share that FacadeX — a First Nations business and Kinaway-certified contractor — will be joining the team at ADCO Constructions on the upcoming Waurn Ponds Sporting Complex.

This project is shaped by genuine Wadawurrung partnership, with Wadawurrung-led storytelling built into the design itself. As a First Nations business, being part of a project grounded in Country and community means a great deal to us.

We acknowledge the Wadawurrung people as Traditional Owners of this land and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

We’re on the hunt for a CAD Draftsperson who knows their way around AutoCAD and understands how things actually get built.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Shop drawings for client approval
• Fabrication drawings for the factory
• Working closely with project & production teams
• Turning designs into buildable outcomes

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Strong AutoCAD skills (essential)
• Experience in facades/windows/cladding (essential)
• Solid understanding of buildability
• Detail-focused and can handle multiple projects
