These cast fittings were abrasive blasted to specification, coated in Phenoline glass-flaked epoxy, and finished with a durable polyurethane topcoat for long-term protection in harsh service conditions.

Our team recently completed abrasive blasting and coating works inside this industrial warehouse β€” a tight-access job with plenty of overhead steel and complex geometry.

Every column and beam was first prepared by abrasive blasting to Class 2.5, then coated using Dulux protective coatings for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean architectural finish.

Another clean finish delivered by the team. All steelwork was abrasive blasted to AS 1627.4 Class 2.5, stripe-coated for all welds, edges and bolt heads, and finished with a 3-coat high-performance protective system.
