Brickies Labourer Wanted mature or.junior position – Immediate Start

All Brick Homes – Your Local Bricklayers – are looking for a reliable labourer to join the team in Tamworth.

This is a physical job, working outdoors in all conditions.
No experience needed – full training provided for the right person.

Duties include:

Setting up and dismantling scaffolding

Mixing mortar and handling materials

Moving bricks and blocks around site

Cutting and measuring bricks and blocks.

General site clean-up and assisting bricklayers

Requirements:

White Card

Own transport ; your own vehicle or way to and from work.

Available Monday to Friday 7am till 3.30pm

Reliable, with a good attitude and willingness to learn

HIRING NOW – Bricklayer’s Labourer (Starting Casual Role leading to full time– Tamworth Region)

We’re on the lookout for a solid labourer to join our bricklaying crew. This isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s real work, with a good team, and a chance to earn your spot.

All Brick Homes is a Tamworth-based bricklaying company we pride ourselves in quality workmanship, reliable service, and a strong team culture. We work across residential and light commercial sites throughout the region. If you want to be part of a team that values doing things the right way and given a fair go, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mixing mortar (properly – not soup or concrete)
• Loading out bricks and blocks efficiently
• Setting up low height scaffold safely
• Measuring and cutting when needed (yes, we’ll show you, but you’ve got to focus)
• Keeping the jobsite clean and clear, not a war zone
• Staying aware of safety issues and doing things the right way, not the fastest way.

What We Expect From You:

• A valid White Card
• Reliable transport to and from sites (doesn’t matter how – just get there)
• Monday to Friday availability – no ghosting mid-week
• Physically fit and capable – it’s labouring, not typing
• Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and keep improving
• Someone who leaves home issues at home, and doesn’t need their phone every 10 minutes
• Emotionally consistent – we can’t carry your mood swings and the wheelbarrow too
• Willing to learn and get better, not just stand around waiting for smoko
