This video is to show the performance of cobbers crushers against all the others on the market, from what I know none of them crush your ore as fine as cobbers crushers on the first pass and as quick (portable version below 1/8” mesh and screen versions below 20 mesh)

Ever wonder why your bearings fail prematurely on your cobbers crusher? It’s because you didn’t read the instructions and have done these two bolts up tight, these two bolts need to be loose and should be able to turn them easily, this acts as a shock absorber and takes the load off your bearing and allows it to float.
Also note the bearing in this photo has done over 500 kgs of ore and has never been greased and is still in excellent order, they don’t need to be excessively greased!

The kit also comes with an extra weld on plate so if you want to retro fit it to another brand of crusher if they have a 14mm thread.
