Originally founded in Australia in 1946, A&D Australasia (formerley Mercury Scales) are now a vital part of the A&D global group which started in Japan in 1977. The name "A and D" reflects our global leadership in Analog to Digital technology, incorporating this in products such as weighing and measurement systems, scales and balances, Viscosity and Moisture Analysers, Medical Blood Pressure Monit

ors, and High Speed Digital Signal Processing. Our Australasian business is divided into three sections - A&D Weighing, manufacturing and supplying scales, laboratory balances, checkweighers and weighing systems - A&D Medical - manufacturing and distributing professional grade Blood Pressure and Health Monitoring Instruments, and A&D TechEng - providing a highly skilled team for Electrical Engineering and Automation design, System Integration, PLC and SCADA programming as well as the latest in MES solutions.
