If you’ve driven down to The Strand over the past week, you may have noticed something new on Mitchell Street.

Our site signage is now in place, marking an exciting milestone for our newest multi-residential development.

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes, momentum is building as we work towards launching Cove to the market. Designed to embrace the best of coastal living, Cove will bring a fresh residential offering to one of Townsville’s most sought-after locations.

Nortè on Gregory

With the scaffolding now down, we can really see Building B becoming more and more like the concept renders every day.

The Knotwood Hanoki feature cladding is now installed and taking centre stage, adding warmth, texture and character to the façade. It’s been exciting to watch the vision come to life and see the details that make this development unique begin to shine through.

Looking forward to sharing more progress as we continue moving towards completion.

Big milestone at Nortè with the concrete pour now complete for Units 1 & 2 👏

Massive effort from the entire team to keep momentum moving on site, and the aerial shots really show the scale and layout of the development coming together.

We’ve now got the block layers on site as we push hard to catch up to Building B and keep the project tracking forward. Exciting to see the vision starting to take shape!

Breakwater Quays Update 🏗️

These aerial shots showcase the great progress being made while also highlighting the challenges of working on a tight site with limited space. A huge credit goes to all of our staff and subcontractors who have worked collaboratively to get us this far with such a great result.

Scaffold going up this week as we continue to build this amazing home with some of the best views the city has to offer. 🔨🌊

Those of you who have been keeping an eye on our Jezzine build would have seen the roof is now on! 🏡

Next up for this showstopper of a home are the windows and cladding, and it’s starting to look more and more like the original concepts every day.

As we press on with Building A at Nortè on Gregory, with the slab being poured this week, we can’t help but look back at the design renders and think… wow.

Seeing the vision begin to take shape on site is incredibly exciting, and we cannot wait to watch these spaces come to life over the months ahead.

A huge milestone for the project and a big step forward for Nortè.
