A master ensuite should feel like your own private retreat at the end of a long day.

For this custom build in Encounter Bay, our design team worked closely with the family with a focus on balancing clean, contemporary lines with natural warmth. The floating timber vanity softens the large-format grey tiles, while the circular backlit mirror creates subtle ambient lighting for winding down in the evening.

Tucking the freestanding bath by the plantation shutters brings in plenty of soft coastal light while keeping privacy front and centre. It’s the thoughtful layout decisions and quality finishes that turn an everyday bathroom into a space you genuinely love.

Construction Updates:

It’s always incredible to watch a vision become a reality on site.

Across the Fleurieu Peninsula, these are some of our current builds in all different stages.

Our Encounter Bay build is nearly ready for handover. Finishing touches on the interior and driveway are underway. This place has an incredible view and we can’t wait to show you.

Close by in Victor, you can see the patio framed out and ready for a Vergola to be installed as a smooth indoor/outdoor living area.

Middleton is currently bricked for a stone feature and the front of this home is waiting for the facade. It’s going to be an amazing family home in a prime central location.

Finally, we have a new job in Chiton and very excitedly, the footings are dug ready for underfloor plumbing and steel reo. The block backs onto the reserve and we’re excited to continue showing you this one from the ground up.

Taking in those ocean views right from the lounge. We designed this Hayborough home to make the most of its incredible location on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Our team worked closely with the clients to create a living space that feels both expansive and grounded. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, while the textured stone fireplace and sleek black flue anchor the room perfectly. Paired with light timber floors, it’s the ultimate setting for relaxed coastal living.

Walking through the front door of our Hayborough project, you’re immediately greeted by natural light, polished concrete floors, and a beautiful timber staircase with a sleek glass balustrade. We’ve designed this entryway to capture the essence of coastal living, balancing premium finishes with everyday practicality.

We recently handed over this beautiful custom home in Waitpinga, and today we're taking a closer look at its stunning centrepiece: the kitchen. When you're building with coastal views like this, the heart of the home needs to match the standard and the incredible views.

Our team worked closely with the clients to bring this incredible space to life. The striking marble splashback and unique copper range hood create a warm metallic focal point against the crisp white cabinetry. If you look closely at the island bench, you'll spot a unique curved pillar base and intricate glass-fronted detailing, ready to be filled with the owners' favourite pieces.

It's always a proud moment handing over the keys to a home where every material choice works together so perfectly, and we are very proud of this build.
