New rod machined, new seals to come for a returning customer.

Sw***er shaft bush off one of Doug’s concrete pumping trucks. Old seal surfaces machined out and a new nylon bush insert made.

We have a few cylinders lined up for reseals and re rods this week. This one is for the blade tilt cylinder off a 375 Komatsu dozer which had worn chrome. We machined up a new rod and reused the old eye. Thanks to Central Highlands Plant Hire for giving us the opportunity to work on their gear!

Another cylinder rod brought in from DYCE Energy in Moranbah. We made a new rod, reusing the old cylinder head, which kept costs down for the customer.
