Come on, Wagga Trades… let’s get behind this incredible cause. ❤️

At some point in our lives, every one of us has either experienced mental health struggles ourselves or watched someone we love go through them.

Sam has wheeled herself from Corowa to Yass over eight days in her everyday wheelchair, battling wind, rain and freezing conditions, all to raise money for Riverina Bluebell and Rural Health.

She set herself a goal of raising $200,000 and she’s so close—already sitting at an incredible $143,000.

What she’s achieved is nothing short of extraordinary.

Five days ago, Sam rolled out of with one goal: to push herself 441km across the in her everyday wheelchair to raise awareness for mental health in rural and regional Australia.

Since then, she’s battled relentless rain, freezing mornings, aching hands, painful hills and more than 280 kilometres.

But she’s also witnessed something extraordinary.

Communities have rallied. Strangers have become supporters. Schoolchildren have lined the streets.

Thousands have followed her journey, while donations have surged towards $90,000.

As Sam rolls out for this morning, we’ve just published a comprehensive feature retracing her incredible journey from Corowa to and shining a light on the movement that's now inspiring communities right across the Riverina 🙌

Get around it guys. 2 days to go Sam. You’ve got this

| JUST 2 DAYS TO GO! 💪 SAM Longmore will roll out of this morning with a guaranteed $100,000 for rural mental health after donations surged past the six-figure milestone overnight! 🙌🤩

Today, Sam will push herself along the rest of Burley Griffin Way to , where she’ll spend her last night on the road before tomorrow’s emotional final push into ! 🏁🥳

But today’s journey won’t be kind 😣

The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting a top of just 9°C for today, with showers and gusty winds expected along much of the route 🌧️💨

If the forecast holds true, it will be the coldest weather Sam has encountered since her 441km wheelchair journey began in last Saturday 🥶

Tomorrow, she will leave Bowning via Walls Junction Road and join Lachlan Valley Way before tackling a short stretch along the Hume Highway to the Yass Service Centre exit.

From there, she’ll roll into Yass and complete several laps of the shared pathway at Riverbank Park before making the final push to Yass Racecourse, where a community celebration will welcome her across the finish line.

At this stage, the team expects Sam to arrive in Yass during the early afternoon, with a more accurate arrival time to be confirmed once she hits the road on Saturday morning.

The finish line is finally in sight. With more than 338km now behind her, just over 100km remain.
