COMPLETED PROJECT: Punthill Epping

Earlier this year, Punthill Epping reached completion and officially welcomed its first guests.

Designed to enhance the guest experience, Punthill Epping combines contemporary design with comfort, convenience and a comprehensive range of amenities.

The six-level development features 100 serviced apartments, comprising a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside a state-of-the-art gym, conference facilities and future destination dining.

Strategically located within New Epping’s Greengate Work Precinct, the development offers convenient access to local transport, key business hubs and a range of recreational destinations.

A fantastic addition to the New Epping precinct and another project successfully delivered by Balmain & Co.

PROJECT UPDATE: Olive Green

Our team is making great progress on site at Olive Green. The display apartment is now complete, and we’re currently commissioning the lift and removing the materials hoist. Final power connection is just around the corner, while external civil works, water tapping, and internal defect rectification are all progressing well. We’re now on the home stretch of this fantastic project as we work towards completion in the very near future.
