PROJECT UPDATE: Olive Green

Our team is making great progress on site at Olive Green. The display apartment is now complete, and we’re currently commissioning the lift and removing the materials hoist. Final power connection is just around the corner, while external civil works, water tapping, and internal defect rectification are all progressing well. We’re now on the home stretch of this fantastic project as we work towards completion in the very near future.

PROJECT UPDATE: Sunrise Beach Village

Exciting progress continues at Keyton’s Sunrise Beach Village, with works advancing across stages 1 and 2 of the development.
Our site team is currently completing the finishing touches to the Community Clubhouse and Stage 1 Villas, bringing us another step closer to welcoming residents into these vibrant new spaces.

In Stage 2, the Villas are well underway, now framed and sheeted, with interiors starting to take shape. Painting and the installation of joinery are also progressing, giving a real sense of the homes to come.

With Sunrise Beach Village set to officially open later this year, we look forward to sharing more milestones as the community continues to take shape, creating a welcoming haven where residents can embrace a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
