Whenever he saw any old helpless person beside the road or Railway station, he felt passion to serve them. Without thinking of himself he used to donate the money [no matter how much] to them. No matter how he has scolded for that but he was damn satisfied to do so. The way he thought was a wise way but at early age it’s not easy to serve country in proper way. He has nurtured the dream till unive
rsity 3rd year. He couldn’t understand how he can serve poor people effectively. There was lack of confidence but One day come when he arranged an excursion / education tour at Kaptai hydroelectric power station; no one can arrange that before. After that he became popular to the university, AIUB as well as to Teachers. His confidence level increased. At that period he met the secretary of a Volunteer organization named HELP. The secretary invited him to attend an Ifter party with slums of Kamlapur Railway station. At that moment. He ran from Kishoreganj to serve the Slum people. At the station he met some early teenager volunteers from AHOBAN Youth Charity Foundation. He achieved more confident after watching peoples effort to Nation. He joined them as volunteer & then thought about mass people for which he can do something better by his own effort. He thought to organize an unique group & jump into that dream. He shared his view with his friends and founded a group named DORIDRO CHARITY FOUNDATION on 21st, September 2011. Then Mahbubur Rahman Shahin arranged a meeting with them at ‘Rabindro Shorobar’ Dhanmondi on 28 October,2011.He announced the first committee at that day in which Mahbubur Rahman Shahin become President, Shanto Syeed become Vice president, Khaled Masrur Manan become Secretary & Ashraf Uddin Tuhin become the Treasurer of that Group. At the same day they decided to donate winter cloths & comforter to poor people at Nilphamari. The Journey of ‘Doridro Charity Foundation’ has begun. It is not possible to change a person’s livelihood or financial state in a day, but if a person tries or has some support then it is not impossible too. Doridro Charity Foundation focuses to provide them that support. Giving donations is not our main purpose. Our goal is to make them self-reliant. We are just guiding them to climb up the ladder of success in life by promoting “Technical Education”. Their will be various fields like Computer courses, English learning courses etc. DCF hopes, this courses will be an opportunity for them to get better jobs. Giving money as charity is not a solution to remove poverty or distresses among the sufferers, it will be just like a sudden Sunshine in the Monsoons. We are not interested in presenting them a smile just for a day. We want to create a belief in them that they are blessed too, just the fact is they have to achieve it. If a person has a self believe that he has the ability to achieve success in life then insha-allah, Allah will help him too. Our main target is to create that believe among them.
