We're thrilled to welcome Chad Escott as our new Mobile Service Supervisor! Chad brings several years of hands-on experience in the motive power and forklift battery industry, and his expertise is exactly what we need as we expand our mobile service coverage areas across British Columbia.

This isn't just a new hire — it's a statement. Our goal is to be the best in the business for mobile service, and Chad is a key part of making that happen. He takes incredible pride in his work and has a natural ability to connect with people, which is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to.

⚡ This one gave us all the feels.

We recently received a Google review that had nothing to do with batteries, chargers, or forklifts — and everything to do with the kind of people we're proud to call part of the Motive Energy family.

A stranger on Highway 1 broke down with his motorcycle. He wasn't a customer. He didn't have an account with us. But that didn't matter to Sasha.

Holly came to us fresh out of university, green as they come, starting as a Customer Service Rep. Five years later, she's one of the most knowledgeable people in the building — across our entire battery and charger lineup — and she's earned every bit of it.

What makes Holly special isn't just what she knows. It's how she fights for our customers. Tenacious doesn't even cover it — when a customer needs an advocate in their corner, Holly is a force of nature. She goes to bat, every single time.
