At North West Rubber, our USC cutting technology allows us to precision-cut custom logos directly into our products, giving athletic spaces a polished, professional finish without compromising durability or performance.

As expectations for sport and recreation spaces continue to grow, we remain focused on delivering solutions that combine quality, precision, and long-term value.

Growth is most meaningful when it strengthens both the way we serve our customers and the people who make that possible. In 2019, we opened our Houston, Texas manufacturing plant to bring us closer to customers, support growth in new markets, and expand our manufacturing footprint across North America.

This milestone was made possible by the dedication, skill, and commitment of our employees, whose work continues to drive our progress every day. Building on more than 50 years of recycled rubber manufacturing, the Houston plant reinforced our ability to deliver high-quality products where our customers need them most.

Scrap tires remain one of North America’s growing environmental challenges, with millions discarded each year and too many still ending up in landfills, illegal dumps, or incinerators.

Earth Day is a reminder that solving challenges like this takes action, innovation, and long-term commitment. For more than five decades, NWR has been helping redefine what is possible with recycled rubber by diverting 18 million+ scrap tires annually.

With more than 300 million vehicles on North American roads and only 30% of tires currently recycled into rubber products, the opportunity — and responsibility — to do more has never been clearer.

Growth is most meaningful when it strengthens the full cycle behind what we make. In 2018, NWR acquired Evolve Recycling, expanding our ability to collect and process used tires into crumb rubber. This vertical integration gives us greater control over the processing of raw materials through to the finished product, helping ensure the quality, consistency, and performance our customers rely on.

As we grow, we remain focused on building smarter, more responsible solutions from the ground up.

That’s why, in January, we donated a full pallet of rubber stall mats to Hillside Kennels Animal Control to help improve comfort and durability in their kennel spaces.
