Our roots are in the sailboat industry, with hundreds of rudders built over the years.

A client brought us a steel bumper and asked for something lighter. We built a mould directly from it and reproduced the part in carbon fibre, same fit and function, a fraction of the weight.

Not everything we build has to survive saltwater or fly through weather, some pieces just have to look right.

This scale drone model was fabricated for a client's display, and the stand beneath it got just as much attention as the model itself.

Our in-house industrial designer worked up several concepts before the client picked one to fully develop.

Display work is still precision work.

Right now on our floor: foam-cored, iberglass-skinned bulkheads getting bonded into the hull.

It adds stiffness without adding weight, but only if the bond is done right the first time, which is where our team spends most of its attention on a step like this.

Drone use has outpaced the systems built to secure against it, and at the centre of every counter-drone system is a sensor that needs protecting without being blocked.

We've supplied radomes for C-UAS security programs internationally, including a detection system in Australia.

"Fiberglass or carbon fibre?" is one of the first questions we work through with almost every new client.

Fiberglass is cost-effective, durable, and forgiving to work with.
Carbon fibre is lighter and stiffer, with a higher performance-to-weight ratio, for applications where every gram counts.

The right answer comes down to load requirements, environment, and budget- that's the conversation before a single mould gets built.

Our radomes aren’t built for space, but the discipline behind them is the same wherever they end up.

A radome’s only job is to protect what’s inside while staying invisible to it, RF-transparent, weatherproof, and dimensionally exact. That combination is one of the harder problems in composite fabrication, and one of our favourites to solve.
