💧 A drip became water damage — and our customer had no idea why.
Their heat pump wasn't leaking. The drain line was completely plugged, so water that should have gone outside was overflowing inside instead, right onto their fireplace mantle.
We cleared the drain line, treated the pan, and deep cleaned the unit.
Problem solved, before the damage got worse.
Watch for these signs your drain line is plugged:
· Water dripping inside near the unit
· Musty smell
· Unit shutting off on its own
· Staining on the wall below the heat pump
A cleaning is a lot cheaper than what we saw here. Call or text 902-220-3546, or DM us to book — Cape Breton. 📍
