Cambodia currently imports all of its refined petroleum products. That is the market gap Angkor Resources' subsidiary EnerCam and Baron Point's CNRS discussed at a recent meeting: refining future Block VIII production domestically instead of exporting it as raw crude. CNRS is developing Cambodia's first refining and processing capacity of its kind. Any offtake arrangement depends on a commercial discovery and regulatory approval.
