Some of the tools a proffesional requires to fix an AC leak. Guage, Leak detectors, Hand tools. Torch. Silphos Vacuum pump. Refrigerant. Did not require recovery unit and cylinder for this job.
Several thousand $$$ to do a job properly.

This may possibly be the worst instalation I have seen in 40years.I repaird a leak on the suction line at the outdoor unit.
Piping unsecured wiring unsecured, disconnect on one screw. Cleaned up what I could.

Last week we replaced a 20 year old high efficiency boiler. Tube was perforated inside causing loss of glycol. We replaced with an upgraded like for like Model.

Stainless flashing installed to stop water leaking into basement on this commercial mop sink.

Sitting in my office, a pop and then the hiss. It took a few minutes for my brain to associate the sound.
About 10 litres of water sprayed out. Managed to mop up main floor, basement ceiling has 2 large stains.
Goes to show leaks can happen without notice. Changed out all my 12year old supplies.
