WE READ THE MANUAL. EVERY TIME. 📖

Even when our installers have worked with similar equipment before, every product comes with its own requirements. Clearances, airflow, mounting, wiring, drainage, refrigerant safety and future service access can all vary by manufacturer and model.

Reading the manual is not about slowing down the job. It is how we make sure the equipment is installed exactly as designed, operates efficiently and safely, and protects the comfort of our clients for years to come.

Experience matters. So does paying attention to the details.

That is the Wiehler Way.

John knows what it’s like to run Wiehler, but does he know what it’s like to step into the shoes of a Wiehler client?

In Part 3 of this series, we caught up with John to discuss the importance of trusting his team and experiencing the installation process from a customer’s perspective.

Arthur led the crew through a challenging HVAC retrofit inside a furnace room just over five feet wide, with existing equipment and ductwork leaving little room to manoeuvre. The team was tasked with delivering a quality installation while protecting everything already in place.

The project created a valuable learning experience for our installers and provided firsthand insight we can use to better support clients through complex projects in their own homes.
