The IEA projects global data center electricity demand will reach 945 terawatt-hours by 2030, nearly double today's figure. AI infrastructure is the primary driver. What drew you to Molen Services originally?

I started with Molen in 2019 when we were really starting to grow. I liked the tight knit family feel. Everyone chipped in and helped out wherever needed, which is something we still do.

What do you think makes our team culture unique?

We’re not just co workers. We are people who very much care about building something great together, in a culture built on trust and the freedom to do our best work.

What does a typical work day look like for you?

Identifying and recommending opportunities to streamline processes and procedures.

Collaborating with the accounting department.

Assisting with tasks and projects to support the overall success of Molen.

What would you eat if you had to eat only one meal every day for the rest of your life?
