At Catalys Lubricants, we’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who understands cost accounting, inventory management, and operational realities. Someone who can model, analyze, challenge assumptions, and understand what’s behind the numbers.

What we’re looking for:
→ Strong experience in FP&A and/or cost accounting
→ Advanced proficiency with Excel and complex spreadsheets
→ Solid understanding of inventory, budgeting, and supply chain operations
→ Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams
→ CPA/CMA designation or 5+ years of relevant experience
→ Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
