Great progress taking shape at our 124-Unit apartment project on Cleveland Ave.

Framing is now completed on one side of the firewall, with roofing officially underway. M&E rough-ins have also started as the building continues moving ahead at a strong pace. ⚡🔨

The second side is also nearing full framing completion, bringing the entire structure together quickly. Excited to keep pushing toward the next phases of this project.

Let’s welcome Renée Goguen as our new Controller!

Renée is a detail-oriented finance professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting and administrative management. She has developed a strong background in managing financial operations, supporting business functions, and maintaining efficient day-to-day processes across a variety of organizations.

As Financial Controller at Aura Construction Management, Renée is responsible for overseeing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Her experience in customer relations and operational coordination allows her to support both the financial and administrative needs of the team.

Renée is known for her organization, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Her practical, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail make her a valuable part of the AURA team.

The Dental Clinic project on Price St is really starting to come together!🦷🪥

The exterior siding and masonry are nearing completion, and the glazing contractor has finalized the curtain wall installation. Inside, crews are making great progress as interior work continues to advance.

It’s always exciting to see a project come to life as we move into the finishing stages. We can’t wait to show you the final result!
