Three days. One battery site. Zero incidents.
Earlier this month, an operator near Estevan needed turnaround support on a tight schedule. Aging equipment, a compressed timeline, and a crew that had never worked that site before.
Here is how it went.
Before a single hose was connected, our team held a tailgate safety huddle. Permit-to-work reviewed. Hazards identified. Every person on that pad had a voice. That is not a checkbox for us. that is how we start every job.
Over three days, our crew handled vacuum services, hose connections, and mechanical support. The site was returned to full operation on schedule, with no recordable incidents and no surprises for the client.
What made the difference?
Not just the equipment. It was a team that felt safe enough to speak up, slow down when something felt off, and look out for each other. Psychological safety is not a soft value. It is an operational advantage.
The operator's feedback: "We will be calling Clover Plains again."
That is the kind of result we work for.
If your team has a shutdown or turnaround coming up this season, we would be glad to talk through how we can support you. Reach out at cloverplains.com or send us a message directly.
