For Project Mary, this bathroom renovation balances clean lines, thoughtful functionality, and calming colour. The sage green double vanity brings warmth and character to the space, while the oversized mirror, bright finishes, and natural light help the room feel open and airy.

For Project Joycelyn, opening up the floor plan and maximizing natural light helped create a kitchen that feels bright, welcoming, and connected to the rest of the home. The large island provides plenty of prep space, casual seating, and a natural gathering place for family and friends, while the expansive windows and patio doors flood the space with sunlight throughout the day.
