Completed a scheduled annual air conditioning maintenance visit as part of the customer’s recurring service plan. The system was fully inspected and tested to ensure everything was operating properly and ready for the cooling season.

During the tune-up, we completed a full system check including the outdoor condenser, electrical components, airflow, and overall performance. The system was running at the time of service, however the outdoor coil was found to have a significant buildup that can reduce efficiency and cause the unit to work harder than necessary.

We recommended a dedicated coil cleaning to help restore proper airflow and heat transfer, improving overall efficiency and helping extend the life of the system. The customer approved the additional service, which has been scheduled as a follow-up visit using specialized cleaning solutions.

We’ll be returning to complete the coil cleaning and ensure the system is performing at its best heading into peak summer use.

Completed an air conditioning tune-up visit where the customer also reported water leaking near the furnace area. During inspection, we identified that the condensate drain line was plugged, causing water to back up and overflow from the system.

We cleared and assessed the drainage issue and confirmed the blockage was preventing proper condensate flow from the AC system. This type of issue can lead to water damage around the furnace area if not addressed quickly, so the customer was walked through what was happening and how to prevent it from recurring.

We also reviewed the overall system condition and noted potential additional concerns that may require follow-up service to ensure long-term reliability and performance. Repair options were presented along with preventative maintenance recommendations.

The customer reviewed available options and declined additional service at this time due to an upcoming move, with next steps left open depending on future needs.

Attended site to complete installation of a new in-home pump and expansion tank system. Work included full setup, secure mounting of components, reconnection of plumbing lines, and system testing to confirm proper operation and leak-free performance.

Customer had concerns regarding cavitation issues with the existing pump. System was inspected and bled as part of the installation process to help eliminate air-related noise and ensure stable, consistent water delivery throughout the home.

During the visit, discussed upgrade options including the Halo 5 whole home water filtration and conditioning system. Reviewed benefits compared to traditional softeners, including reduced maintenance, improved water quality, and overall system protection.

Pricing was presented for the Halo 5 system at $7,570 after membership savings, which also included the Moen Flo smart water monitoring system at no additional cost. Customer showed interest but chose to review options with their spouse before moving forward.

Follow-up scheduled to revisit the decision and provide any additional information needed.
