Business Development Manager
Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year
Qualifications:
-Leadership experience in sales, estimating, and business development.
-Strong expertise in manufacturing, costing, and customer management.
-Proficient with ERP/CRM systems, analytics, and reporting.
-Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and operations.
-Skilled in process improvement, technology implementation, and change management.
Project Manager
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in project management.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong time management skills.
-In-depth understanding of manufacturing.
-Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Project Estimator
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
Qualifications:
-Expertise in steel fabrication processes, including cutting, forming, welding, machining, and assembly.
-Experience estimating steel, stainless steel, and aluminum fabrication projects.
-Ability to interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, specifications, and RFQs.
-Experience with CAD/modeling software and extracting dimensions from technical designs.
-Strong analytical skills for accurate labor and material cost estimates.
-Engineering background with ERP and estimating software experience.
-Knowledge of industry standards and codes, including AWS, AISC, and ASME.
