New union rates in Victoria provide a fantastic opportunity to get you ahead in life and to become one of the highest paid trades people on site.
Starting wage with no experience is: $24.93
Journeyperson rate: $42.01
Foreperson rate: $48.31
These rates are in effect until October 2023 at which time they will be increased by another 2.5%
Rates also have 12% vacation pay added to each cheque, payroll is completed and paid weekly.
Being that we are signatory to Ironworkers Local 97 pension and benefits are also included.

The Tycon Steel 1998 Inc. team have been crushing it out there and worked so heard to make the pour at McCallum lands project…crew leaders decided it fitting for the team to suit up for pour day! Thanks to the whole team for making this happen! Well done!
