When the heat is on, teamwork makes all the difference.

This was a total team effort from start to finish, but it all started and finished with Brandon.

When our customer’s air conditioner failed during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, with family arriving and wildfire smoke affecting the air quality, our team went into action. We tracked down a replacement unit in Brantford, had it picked up at 5:30 a.m., and worked through the day to have cool, clean air restored before 6 p.m. Friday.

Stories like this remind us that it’s never just about installing equipment, it’s about taking care of people when they need us most.

A huge thank you to Ross for the kind words, and to Brandon and everyone behind the scenes who made this happen. We couldn’t be more proud of the team.

No cooling in the middle of summer? Sometimes the culprit isn’t your air conditioner.

In this home, the blower motor in the furnace failed, which meant no airflow through the system, and no cool air reaching the house. Our team was able to replace the failed equipment with a new Lennox high-efficiency furnace, restoring comfort and giving the homeowners a more reliable, energy-efficient system.
