When community supports community, great things happen.
Every year, Lennox Feel The Love by the Lennox Foundation brings local dealers and communities together to recognize those who make a difference in the lives of others. From neighbors to community heroes, people who give their time, care, and kindness to help those around them. 💙❤️

We are honoured to take part in a program that reminds us of the power of community and what we can accomplish when we show up for one another.

Last week, we had the privilege of providing new heating and cooling systems to four deserving members of our community.
A big thank you to everyone who helped and participated. This was a huge success!

Take a look back at some of the moments that made this year's Feel The Love week so meaningful.

Heat Pumps 101: Choosing the right installer (series finale!)

We've covered a lot of ground in this series, and today we're wrapping things up with one of the most important tips yet: who actually installs your heat pump matters just as much as the unit itself.

Here is some advice from our comfort advisor.

Thanks for following along with Heat Pumps 101, we hope this series helped answer some of your biggest questions. Got one we didn't cover? Send it our way, we'd love to help!

Heat Pumps 101: Just how noisy is a heat pump, really?

Short answer: not very! Most heat pumps today use inverter technology, letting the fan adjust anywhere from 20% up to full speed instead of just blasting on and off. That means they can run a lot quieter than you'd expect.

Sound levels vary by brand, features, and sizing, but generally, outdoor units run around 50-55 decibels, while indoor units can be as quiet as 20 decibels. About the same as light traffic outside, a fan humming in another room, or your fridge running in the kitchen.

So if noise has been holding you back from making the switch, it might be time to reconsider! Questions about your setup?
