Good morning! Well we finally hit bottom between 13 to 14 feet! That’s a big dig! Now we have the boulders spread out and engineered approved to start receiving the serge (rock) to start building a base!

Good afternoon. It is another scorching day out there 🥵! We are still working away on the BIG DIG. We now have dug down 11 feet without a solid bottom as of yet. Not only are we digging to find ground but also saving pockets of good soil that we can build a solid base back into the hole, as well as relocating the stumpage to the back of the property.

Here is a look at the huge area we are working with on this latest project. Not only are we cutting it out, but as you can see we are removing stumpage, root mat, and more. Once this step is completed we will infill to recreate a solid base to work with.

Good morning!

Yesterday we spent our day setting and testing a septic holding tank. Usually we would have a water truck come in and pump in water but, with it being busy season we had to make our own water truck and it worked perfectly!

Bayswater area is such a picturesque place to work! Happy Canada weekend all! We hope you get to spend time relaxing, and enjoying your family.

Happy Friday all! It’s almost the weekend once again! This has been a busy month on many levels. Between excavations, septic installations, septic inspections, two of our 3 children’s birthdays, attending a homeschool conference, and sport season starting we have been flat out!

There has been a lot of amazing work being done on the machines! So with out further

Let’s start with the amazing finished product The equestrian riding ring 🐎! This ring really added to this already beautiful property! Now the owners of JCL Equine Wellness has a great area to work with their horses! This ring tops in at the size of 120’ x 70’! We loved doing this project and would be happy to help you create your own ring as well!

Good morning! We have been busy working on this amazing riding ring! To show you what goes into such a build here is a few photos.

Building a stable base for the riding ring, multiple layers of gravels with the heavier base gravel on bottom and a layer of crusher dust on top. Both layers compacted and laser levelled. It’s always nice to work in a wide open area. Next up is equestrian sand to finish it off! Stay tuned! It’s turning into a beautiful project! JCL Equine Wellness
