It's Wednesday and we're half way through the week!

Here's another look from our spring project in Chester.

After finishing up the gravel pad for the garage foundation we wait for framers and other trades to complete the build. We then returned to lay the rigid insulation around the perimeter and backfill to the new garage.

Hello and happy Tuesday everyone!

We wanted to share more with you from our Spring job in Chester.

In our last post you got to see the beginning stages where we excavate the area and level it for gravel.

In these next few photos you will see we received gravel to the site and began to level it for the concrete slab and footings.

This particular slab was pretty straight forward but you may notice one detail that isn't typical.

That square in the center was left to allow a vehicle lift to be installed after the pour!

Pretty neat, check it out!

We're longing for the warmer sunnier days on a rainy day like today!

Let's go back and take a look at a project we were working on in the spring!

This project had us working in the Chester Basin area back in April and May of this year.

We excavated the property for a garage addition and prepped the site for the concrete slab.

Later, we returned to back fill and tidy the surrounding site and yard!

Over our next few posts, we'll share what this looked like from beginning to end so follow along!

Happy Tuesday!

As you may know, we do septic's!

Sometimes we get calls for smaller jobs but they often mean a great deal to the customer and we're happy to help!

For our customer in Blue rocks we were able to replace the outdated and very heavy concrete covers with new easy access poly covers. They are light weight and often get installed with risers to meet the grade of the surrounding area.

This tank had two covers and needed only one six inch riser to bring the tops up to grade. Check it out!

Happy Thursday!

We are excited to share the final look at our Cole Harbour Job. Here is Day 3!

On Day 3 we leveled the gravel and got the site ready for the concrete pad to be poured.

That's a wrap on this job, for now! We hope you have enjoyed following along and getting a look at what goes into a project like this.

It's Wednesday!

As promised, here is a look at Day 2 from our Cole Harbour Job!

We brought in three loads of 4-6 inch surge gravel for a temporary driveway and the base of the foundation. The driveway will allow trucks and other trades to access the jobsite with ease.

Next, we brought in two loads of 1-inch clear stone for under the concrete pad.

Stay tune for Day 3, where we'll level it out and leave it ready for the concrete pour!
