Designed with single or double bulb configurations and optional flanges, tadpole tape gaskets provide a reliable seal in applications where flat gaskets cannot compress enough. Common uses include ovens, furnaces, kilns, and access doors.

Our tadpole tape gaskets are used across OEM, HVAC, and MRO or industrial markets. Each gasket can be customized with fiberglass, silica, or ceramic cloth covers and fiberglass, silica, ceramic, or stainless steel mesh cores to meet specific temperature and performance requirements.

Fiberglass ropes are intended for high-temperature applications up to 1000ºF. The rope consists of a fiberglass yarn core with a fiberglass braided jacket to form an exact diameter for controlled compression seals. Larger diameters have a "braid-over-braid" jacket for durability and precise gasket dimensions.

Our ropes are constructed in house with high-quality type E-glass that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 540°C/1000°F. This material resists most acids and alkalis, is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents, and is highly flexible and conformable.

Custom coatings available, such as graphite, silicone and vermiculite, each offering added protection depending on your application requirements. Fiberglass Tapes can be used in high temperature applications to 1000 F (540 C). We manufacture textiles in a variety of sizes and densities and can apply a custom coating such as silicone, graphite, vermiculite and/or added PSA depending on the requirements of your application.

Vermiculite coated fiberglass tape increases the temperature resistance over that of regular non-coated fiberglass. Resistant to most chemicals, for temperatures to 1500 F (816 C)/ Strong and flexible.

Graphite coating provides more abrasion resistance. Black color renders a more integrated blended appearance for the unit. Graphite coating is permanent at high temperatures.
